Move the Pointer/Cursor with Keyboard

'Mouse Keys' is an inbuilt feature of 'Windows' that attempts to simulate the use of a  mouse/touch-pad via the Numeric keypad on your keyboard. Primarily, it is intended for users with a disability of some kind that prevents them from using a mouse/touchpad.
Steps:
1) Press 'left-Alt' key + 'left-Shift' key + 'Num Lock' key to open the 'Mouse Keys' Dialog.
2) Then click on 'Yes'

When enabled, you'll see the 'Mouse keys' icon in the 'Tray' bar (Windows 'Vista' & up).
